Our original studio. North London yogis have been folding through here since 2019, and the room has only got warmer with time.

Tucked just off Green Lanes, with hardwood floors, plenty of natural light, and the kind of community where people stay after class to chat. The timetable runs morning through evening, seven days a week.

Our newest studio. Tucked inside the Mainyard Studios complex on Leyton High Road, this room has been a love letter to east London from day one.

Same FOLD ethos, fresh space. Sweaty, judgement-free, properly welcoming. Whether you live around the corner or you are walking down from Stratford, this is your local.
