Dynamic Flow

Vinyasa with momentum.

Breath-led flow that links one pose to the next. Builds heat, strength and a bit of cardio along the way. Sweaty in the best possible way. Some yoga experience helps but absolutely not required.

Hatha

Considered, classical, grounded.

The yoga you might think of when you picture yoga. Slower transitions, longer holds, more attention to alignment. Great for finding the shapes and breathing through them properly before adding pace.

Yin

Less doing, more dissolving.

Floor-based poses held for two to five minutes. The work happens at the deep tissue level: fascia, ligaments, joints. Quiet, meditative, and surprisingly intense. Perfect for unwinding tight hips and stiff shoulders.

Pregnancy Yoga

Tailored for the journey.

Specifically designed for pregnancy, from second trimester onward. Builds strength for birth, eases common discomforts, and connects you with other expectant parents. Taught by teachers trained specifically in prenatal yoga.
